In October 2023, I completed Dream Machine, a mural that represents the culmination of a deeply personal artistic journey. Located in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Denver, CO, this 85x30’ mural is a celebration of the area's industrial legacy, with its prominent gears symbolizing the mechanical history that once defined the region. Drawing from this rich past, the design evolved into a dynamic machine-like structure, seamlessly integrating my signature style of sacred geometry and high-vibe aesthetics.

The mural is a carefully crafted composition that invites viewers to explore its intricate details, sparking their imaginations and encouraging them to think beyond the ordinary. I intended to create a piece that not only honors the history of Sunnyside but also inspires a sense of possibility and creativity in those who encounter it. I hope Dream Machine serves as a visual catalyst for conscious thought, igniting inspiration and fostering a deeper connection to both the past and the future.

Completed in July 2024, this artwork was created for a private residence in Grass Valley, CA, on an 8x54' trailer. This mural acts as a gateway to the mystical and unseen, featuring crystalline mountains that rise against celestial skies, with vibrant energy flowing freely between dimensions. Inspired by the dreamlike allure of the astral plane, it represents a portal to realms beyond the physical world, inviting viewers to enter a space where the boundaries between earth and cosmos blur. The piece evokes a sense of wonder and exploration, fostering a connection to the higher, astral dimensions that lie beyond our daily experiences.

In May 2023, I had the pleasure of completing this vibrant mural for a cozy storefront off 9th and Pearl St. in Boulder, CO. The piece was heavily inspired by Colorado’s breathtaking landscapes, especially the colorful wildflowers that emerge after the snow has melted, signaling the arrival of spring. I aimed to capture that sense of renewal and natural beauty throughout the mural.

One of the most exciting design choices was incorporating the building’s architectural features, particularly the window trim. I used the arch above the entrance to create a radiant sun, which fades into a soft, gradient sky, setting a peaceful tone for the storefront. This interaction between the structure and the artwork made the mural feel more integrated with the space.

Inside the shop, I added a playful touch by painting the HVAC unit to resemble a flowing river. I included Colorado’s state fish, the Greenback Cutthroat Trout, swimming through rapids, adding a local nod to the mural. I love how it brings an unexpected, whimsical element to the interior, adding to the store’s charm.

This 94x16’ street mural, completed in September 2021, lies across from the RTD station in Olde Town Arvada. Inspired by Anahata, the heart chakra, symbolizes love, compassion, and empathy. The intention behind this piece is to encourage pedestrians to engage with it, whether walking across or around it and to leave with a sense of connection and inner peace. I hope that this mural not only brightens people’s days but also inspires a shift toward a more loving and compassionate mindset.

Designed with a mandala-like composition, the mural intertwines shapes to represent unity and togetherness. It serves as a reminder of the power of love to heal, inspire positive change, and guide us toward a brighter tomorrow.

This mural, created in December 2021, is located at Ironton Distillery in Denver, CO, and spans 33x9’. It depicts a Colorado mountain landscape in the heart of winter, featuring icy peaks rising above an alpine lake that reflects the mountains and the radiant warmth of the sun. The stylized sky adds a unique, surreal quality, blending vibrant colors and textures to evoke the interplay of light and cold. This piece celebrates the beauty of Colorado winters while highlighting the sun’s life-giving energy, offering a sense of warmth and connection even in the coldest season.

This 16’ wide by 11’ tall mural, completed in April 2022, was created for Ozo Coffee and Village at the Peaks. This piece celebrates the true essence of Colorado's Front Range. The sun nourishes our high desert, forests, and vibrant flora, all fed by the rivers from melting snowcaps in the Rockies. The mural is an homage to our love for nature, reflecting the dynamic changes of the seasons. Just as the weather shifts from cold to warm, we are reminded that nature’s cycles always return. "Solaris" captures the spirit of spring, a time of renewal and the shared gratitude we feel for the natural world.

This 28’ wide by 12’ tall hand-painted window mural for Patagonia in Boulder, completed in June 2022, was a deeply meaningful project created in partnership with Wildlands Restoration Volunteers. It aims to raise awareness about the fragility of nature and the impact we can have on the environment. Over six weeks, I had the privilege of engaging with the community and sharing insights with like-minded environmentalists. The mural contrasts the beauty of the Front Range with a potential future of environmental degradation, reminding viewers that our actions today shape tomorrow’s world. It serves as a call to action for conservation and healing, highlighting our collective power to protect and restore the land. Thank you to Patagonia, the Boulder team, and Wildlands Restoration Volunteers for allowing me to merge art and activism for change.

Completed in August 2020, this 26x12’ mural at the Glen Willow Community Center in Boulder was inspired by Colorado’s vibrant landscape. Designed for a community that includes seniors, families, and individuals with disabilities, "Harmony" evokes warmth, peaceful mountains, and cheerful flowers, creating a safe, uplifting space. The abstract design combines geometric and organic shapes to inspire peace and happiness, reflecting the inclusive and diverse nature of the Glen Willow community.

The experience of creating this mural was deeply meaningful, as I was welcomed by the residents and together, we transformed a quiet space into a lively, hopeful haven. I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring joy, creativity, and connection to such a wonderful community.

Completed in August 2022, this 105x11’ mural is located on a parking garage in downtown Denver, off 17th and Sherman. The piece was designed to visually connect different parts of the 5280 bike trail, while also serving as a bridge between Denver’s vibrant urban landscape and the natural beauty of greater Colorado. I drew inspiration from the playful, whimsical movement of the high peaks, aiming to bring that energy to life in a fun and engaging way. The mural's colors and forms evoke a sense of joy and freedom, and as I finished the work, it brought back nostalgic memories, reminding me of a place called Candyland, where the world feels full of wonder and possibility.

I had the opportunity to create a mural at the Sonic Bloom festival on an 8x16' plywood wall using aerosol. Drawing from art deco influences, the piece features portals as gateways to another realm. The mountains shimmer in the twilight, and the third eye symbolizes the expansion of consciousness through its deep connection to nature.

Completed in August 2022, this 20x70' mural was created for a private residence in rural Boulder, Colorado. The design is inspired by the iconic "Bicycle Day" painting, incorporating symbols that represent peace, love, balance, compassion, acceptance, curiosity, imagination, and spirit. My favorite aspect of the piece is the contrast between dynamic shapes and the vibrant play of colors, which create the illusion of a mountainscape puzzle. This mural captures the playful essence of the landscape, inviting viewers to engage with its vibrant energy and imaginative spirit.

Completed in December 2020, this 15x65’ mural in Colorado Springs, CO, depicts a lively, organic marijuana farmscape set against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. The design features ladybugs, praying mantises, green lacewings, a radiant mandala sun, and a traditional red barn.

Upon closer inspection, you'll find a variety of insects tending to the crops, a barn adorned with the flower of life, undulating purple mountains, and the mandala sun shining down to nourish all that grows. This mural highlights the beauty and interdependence of nature, where every detail contributes to the thriving ecosystem.

Located in downtown Denver at the Granite Tower, this mural was commissioned by EverWest Investors and completed in March 2020. Hand-painted with latex paint, it measures 21x10' in an interior hallway.

The inspiration for this mural came from the stunning views of the Denver metro area, visible from the office space. From the iconic Flatirons to the striking Red Rocks of Morrison, the Front Range is a tapestry of unique terrains and panoramic views of the Rockies. Denver’s charm lies not only in its urban landscape but also in its seamless blend with nature, where the outdoors is woven into everyday life. This mural celebrates Colorado’s natural beauty, vibrant culture, and the magic of its landscapes.

Completed in February 2018, this privately commissioned mural for Urban Outfitters in Lone Tree, CO, was created using latex-based paint on a 9x5' wall. The design combines modern, dynamic shapes with vibrant colors, offering a unique interpretation of Colorado's mountain landscape alongside a subtle city skyline. The fusion of abstract forms and vivid hues brings energy to the space, creating an engaging visual experience that captivates and sparks curiosity.

Completed in September 2022 at Black Rock City, this 16x8’ mural was a collaborative effort between myself and artist Amanda Wolf. The mural features a dragon portal, designed to serve as a whimsical gateway for dusty bunnies to transport into another dimension. This piece was intended to evoke a sense of wonder and exploration, drawing viewers into a world of imagination and fantasy. With vibrant colors and intricate details, the dragon portal serves as both a visual centerpiece and an interactive element within the installation. We were honored to have the support of The Astral Social Club, whose collaboration helped us bring this unique and playful vision to life. Together, we created a dynamic and immersive experience that invited attendees to engage with the artwork on a deeper level, embodying the spirit of creativity and community that Burning Man fosters.

Completed in September 2022, this mural collaboration between Amanda Wolf and myself transformed a popup camper into a vibrant and whimsical mobile home. Originally dull and weathered, NEMO was revitalized with a bold, colorful design that infused new life into the space. This project reflects our passion for creating unique, artistic spaces on wheels and demonstrates the transformative power of art in everyday life. We wanted to craft a mobile sanctuary that would inspire creativity and joy wherever it traveled.

Commissioned for Modera West Washpark and curated by Nine Dot Arts, this mural was completed in December 2021. Spanning 25x10', the cheerful geometric design was created for a parking garage, offering residents a burst of color and whimsy in an otherwise unexpected space. The mural draws inspiration from vibrant color gradients and Picasso's approach to deconstructing facial features in art, blending abstraction with playful forms to bring an element of surprise and joy to the environment.

Completed in June 2018, this privately commissioned mural is located in Tepoztlán, Mexico. Spanning 15x10', the mural was created using spray paint on an outdoor wall and designed to interact with the architectural features of the house. Inspired by geometric shapes and vibrant colors that evoke joy, the piece features two eyes as central motifs, an element I find particularly fascinating. The composition blends simplicity with symbolism, creating a dynamic and visually engaging experience that transforms the space and invites viewers to connect with the art in a meaningful way.

Completed in September 2021, this mural was created for the Colorado Colorcon Mural Festival, with special thanks to the Golden Triangle of Denver for providing me with the opportunity to transform the alleyway behind 1056 Acoma St. What was once a neglected fence is now a vibrant and engaging public space, reimagined into an abstract, colorful playground designed to evoke wonder and inspire pedestrians. Through this mural, I aimed to activate the space and breathe new life into the area, turning it into a whimsical wonderland that sparks curiosity and joy.

Completed in August 2019, this private commission for Raleigh's Bar & Grill in Berkley, CA, features a vibrant, abstract design on a 40x20' stucco wall, created with spray paint. Inspired by the dynamic energy of the surrounding neighborhood, this mural captures a sense of movement and excitement. The composition is a playful kaleidoscope of color and shapes, seamlessly morphing into one another, reflecting the lively spirit of the community and the fun atmosphere of the venue.

A special thank you to 14er Boulder and the Street Wise Boulder Mural Festival for providing the opportunity to work on this incredible wall. Standing at 48x6', this mural is located at a wonderful dispensary at the intersection of Mapleton and 28th St. in Boulder, CO, and was completed in September 2020.

This mural reflects the complexity and beauty of life, capturing the dynamic interplay of experiences and sensations. The design combines flowing organic shapes with geometric forms, evoking a sense of balance. Much like life, it is a collection of puzzle pieces that come together to form an individual experience, one that ultimately connects and merges with the experiences of others.

Completed in July 2020, this 18x8' mural captures the vibrant energy and dynamic essence of the hop plant, inspired by 70s design aesthetics. Located at Unnamed Beer Co., a trendy brewery in Boulder, CO, this mural celebrates the flavor and vitality of craft beer in a playful, lively style. Set beneath the iconic Flatirons, the mural adds to the brewery's groovy ambiance, and I’m thrilled with how it turned out. It was a true joy to create this piece!

The design was carefully crafted to complement and enhance the interior of the client's home. Inspired by the vibrant and fluid aesthetic of the 70s, the mural blends bold, dynamic shapes with a sense of flow, while maintaining a tasteful and sophisticated feel. The goal was to create a mural that both complemented the home’s design and added a unique, artistic touch to the space, bringing an energetic yet refined vibe to the room.

Duality - Climate Change Mural

In partnership with the Street Wise Youth Program, I had the privilege of leading a mural class at Boulder Preparatory High School. The focus of this project was to empower the next generation of artists, activists, and community leaders. Through artist mentorship and collaborative efforts, students explored the pressing issue of climate change, using street art as a platform to raise awareness and spark conversations. The mural was a product of their creativity, teamwork, and commitment to addressing social challenges while fostering a sense of community, collaboration, and mutual respect.

Teaching at Boulder Preparatory High School was an incredibly rewarding experience. It was truly inspiring to witness the transformation of the students, who shifted from disengagement to crafting a powerful visual statement about climate change. This experience reinforced my belief in the power of art to inspire change and foster a deeper connection to critical global issues. I am proud to have been a part of this journey alongside these young, passionate individuals.

Take Pride - LGBTQIA+ Mural

The following year, I returned to Boulder Preparatory High School to lead another mural class, this time focused on creating a piece centered around LGBTQ+ pride. The goal was to create a welcoming and affirming space for all students, where their identities, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression, are respected and celebrated. The students used their creative voices to express pride in who they are, fostering an environment of acceptance and inclusivity. This mural not only reflects the importance of embracing diversity but also serves as a visual reminder that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. It was a deeply meaningful project that reinforced the importance of creating safe, supportive spaces for all.
